Once again, an ode to a sweet friend. I commissioned Molly, a talented friend and fellow mama to make these hats for my boys.  I simply asked for two tan winter hats and this is the wonderful job she did!  They are beautiful, soft, braided, thick and lovely. They are made from baby alpaca, a soft, decadent, strong but light material. They will be perfect to keep little ears warm all winter

This was taken by my husband yesterday.  I am 35 weeks.  Early labor has given way to our tiny baby anxiety as our first son was early and so small.  I need to make it two more weeks....wish us luck... As I sit here and write in the sun on the back porch afer a long week, I should now announce we have purchased our new home and with excitement but much hesitation, left the farm.  For all those who don't know, we took care of a historic farm for three years and it is all Cole has known.  However, it was time to own a home.
